In 2007, Accenture Finland received the first time the nomination of the ”best company to work for in Finland” (among big companies) by Great Place to Work Institute . Since then, the 1st price nomination has been repeated twice.

During 2005-2007 there were several initiatives started in Accenture Nordic involving future leaders and existing management teams. Number of innovation and brainstorming sessions were conducted integrating the ideas produced by the organisation and senior management. That led into a set of co-operative innovation and communication processes as well as many new motivating leadership practices.
