Markku Silén has more than 29 years of experience in management consulting, technology solutions and systems integration. As a business consultant he has been working with the leadership teams of the major Finnish and Nordic companies and government organisations.

Through his own company, Winnovation Oy and Winnovation network he has worked with high potential Finnish and global technology companies as a senior advisor, board member and owner.

Markku’s strongest achievements relate to business innovations, growth management, sales and leadership development, competence and knowledge management and major turnaround programs in global environment. Markku has particular industry experience in communications, media and high tech sectors.
